Lifetime Warranty Policy – Crowned in Faith Necklace

At LovedByChrist, we are committed to providing high-quality faith-inspired jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty applies only to the "Crowned in Faith" necklace and covers manufacturing defects under the terms outlined below.


1. What Does the Lifetime Warranty Cover?

The Crowned in Faith Necklace Lifetime Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects, such as structural issues with the chain, clasp, or pendant
  • Loose or missing stones (if not caused by accidental damage)
  • Discoloration due to material defects (excluding normal tarnishing)

2. What Is Not Covered?

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, fading, or natural tarnishing
  • Water damage, chemical exposure, or perfume-related discoloration
  • Accidental damage (such as bending, breaking, or dropping)
  • Loss or theft of the necklace
  • Damage caused by improper care

3. Warranty Replacement Process

If your Crowned in Faith Necklace qualifies under the warranty, we will send you a new one for a fee of R199 to cover shipping and handling.

How to Claim Your Replacement:

  1. Email us at lovedbychristbuisness@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number
    • Clear photos of the issue
    • A brief explanation of the defect
  2. Once your claim is approved, we will send you payment instructions for the R199 processing fee.
  3. After payment is received, we will ship your replacement necklace as soon as possible.

4. Additional Notes

  • If the Crowned in Faith Necklace is discontinued, we will replace it with a similar item of equal value.
  • The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
  • Customers outside South Africa are responsible for any customs or import duties on warranty replacements.
